本政策適用於小店雲科技 ShopCloud（「我們」）的網站、店助手服務，以及我們內部使用的工具（包括「VoxPix Uploader」）。
你透過網站查詢表格提交的稱呼、聯絡方法、行業、地區、分店及員工數目和留言，只用於聯絡你及提供報價。
VoxPix Uploader 只供我們自己的 YouTube 頻道使用，透過 YouTube Data API 上載我們自己製作的影片及管理影片資料。我們不會存取、收集或分享任何其他用戶的 Google 或 YouTube 資料。授權資料只儲存在我們自己的電腦，可隨時於 Google 帳戶「第三方存取權」撤銷。我們使用 YouTube API 服務，並受 YouTube 服務條款 及 Google 私隱權政策 約束。
查詢表格資料於處理完畢後最多保留 12 個月，之後刪除；你可隨時電郵要求即時刪除。VoxPix Uploader 只在本機保留我們自己影片的影片 ID 作內部紀錄；授權權杖可隨時於 Google 帳戶權限設定 撤銷，撤銷後我們會刪除本機權杖。
我們用自己建立嘅 Meta 應用程式「VoxPix Publisher」，將我們自己製作嘅短片發佈到我們自己管理嘅 Facebook 專頁（小店雲科技 ShopCloud）及 Instagram 商業帳戶（@getshopcloud）。應用程式只會讀取專頁名稱、專頁 ID 及帳戶 ID 以確認發佈位置，並取得發佈權杖；權杖只儲存在我們自己的電腦。我們不會收集、儲存或分享任何其他 Facebook／Instagram 用戶嘅資料。
如你想刪除我們持有嘅任何與你有關嘅資料（包括經 Facebook、Instagram 或查詢表格提供嘅資料），請電郵 voxpix.studio@gmail.com，標題寫「刪除資料」，註明你的姓名或帳戶名稱。我們會喺 30 日內刪除並以電郵確認。你亦可隨時於 Facebook「設定 › 應用程式和網站」移除 VoxPix Publisher 的存取權。
我們不會出售或出租你的個人資料。

This policy applies to the website and services of ShopCloud ("we") and to our internal tools, including "VoxPix Uploader".
Name, contact details, industry, region, number of shops/staff and messages submitted through our enquiry form, used only to contact you and provide a quote.
VoxPix Uploader is an internal tool used only with our own YouTube channels. It uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos we produce ourselves and to manage their metadata and thumbnails. We do not access, collect, store or share any other user's Google or YouTube data. VoxPix Uploader uses YouTube API Services; by using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after handling and then deleted; you may request deletion at any time by email. VoxPix Uploader keeps only the video IDs of our own uploads locally for internal records. OAuth tokens are stored only on our own computer and can be revoked at any time via Google security settings; upon revocation we delete the stored token.
We use our own Meta app, "VoxPix Publisher", only to publish videos we produce to the Facebook Page (小店雲科技 ShopCloud) and Instagram business account (@getshopcloud) that we manage. The app only reads the Page name, Page ID and account ID to confirm where to publish, and obtains a publishing token that is stored only on our own computer. We do not collect, store or share data of any other Facebook or Instagram users.
To request deletion of any data we hold about you (including data provided via Facebook, Instagram or our enquiry form), email voxpix.studio@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" and your name or account name. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also remove VoxPix Publisher's access at any time in Facebook Settings › Apps and Websites.
